NovaGel silicone gel sheeting is indicated for use as scar management dressing on old and new hypertrophic or keloid scars. Research indicates that hypertrophic or keloid scars treated with a topical application of silicone gel sheeting results in an overall improvement of the treated area. When used as indicated, it can soften and flatten scar tissue and return natural pallor to the skin. NovaGel may be worn for up to 24 hours per day (a minimum of 12 hours recommended).
NovaGel is designed to provide scar therapy management that is cost effective, patient compliant and clinically acceptable. You will find NovaGel to be an inexpensive, high quality, durable product. |
